ISO full nipples for vacuum system are straight, double-flanged tubular fittings designed to extend vacuum lines, connect components, or provide spacing between flanges while maintaining high-vacuum integrity from atmospheric pressure down to 10⁻⁹ Torr. Also known as ISO double-flange nipples or spool pieces, these components feature identical ISO-K or ISO-F flanges on both ends and a smooth, uninterrupted internal bore.
Manufactured from high-quality 304L or 316L stainless steel, ISO full nipples are essential for vacuum chambers, pumping systems, transfer lines, and process equipment. They conform to internationally recognized ISO 1609, ISO 2861, and Pneurop 6606 standards. Unlike KF fittings which are limited to smaller diameters (up to DN50), ISO nipples are available for nominal diameters from DN63 through DN630, making them the standard choice for medium and large-scale high-vacuum systems. Whether you need to offset two components, accommodate thermal expansion, or simply add length to a vacuum line, these nipples deliver the conductance, reliability, and flexibility that demanding applications require.
